Once you apply for a New Mexico Driver’s License, you will receive a NM equivalent endorsement on your NM License. Make sure that your out-of-state Driver’s License has not expired for more than 1 year. If so, you will need to redo your motorcycle written and road test, or complete the MSF Basic RiderCourse.
